Pizza man has become a sure thing during the years and it has opened a few places all around the city.
The service is good, a few fried bread pieces to ease the palate, together with a small welcome drink, the ambient is very raw, but the pizza comes fast and it is always delicious.
Tall pasta, rich in ingredients.
They have just a few choices on the menu, they try to stick to what is simple and very good and most of all linked to Naples traditions of using fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella and spices.
They also serve 3 or 4 daily options that are a bit more complex.
Not only pizza, the menu has in store a lot of others Italian classics, from pasta to meat, even seafood.
This is the place that you come to when you just want something easy, good, and when you have a group of people with you!

Oh la pizza! This pizza man knows his business.
This is my favorite pizza place in the city so far. It is good and cheap and close to my place. What else could i ask for? The buratta pizza is very, very good. It is absolutely not an easy pizza to eat, you will have to fight small (tasty) tomatoes, sneaky salad, and delicious pieces of burrata. What a mix. Also, i like the fact that the crust is… crusty. I am a bit in the «bassa» team so i could only approve such a crispy pizza.
The pizza with spicy sausage (i forgot the name) is also very tasty: i highly recommend.
Go visit that man, and his pizzas.

I’m studying abroad in Florence and love this place. Local Italians love it too. Equivalent to Gusta which is on the opposite side of the Arno.
