I stopped in here with my husband this afternoon after talking a lovely, albeit bone chilling, walk around Florence. Not expecting such a great shop to be open on New Year’s Eve, I almost walked right by. Making a mental note to come back and look at their wool hats, I realised it was open. We entered and were immediately greeted warmly by the kindest woman.
Specialising in organic and locally made items, there was no doubt in our minds the product would be exceptional. Many items are handmade, and the quality of everything was exquisite.
Though I would have loved to buy everything, I settled on a hand knit wool hat and a pair of socks, while my husband chose a pair of wool boot socks. They are sublime, and of course, perfect for winter weather.
I’m sure my week in Florence will result in at least one more trip to Stile Biologico.
