We really liked the food, service and price. Sweet and sour fish really good, rice prepared like back in asia.

What can I say. This is probably the worst excuse for Chinese food I have ever had. But the sign outside was attractive! When I opened the door to go into the restaurant, I saw more staff than customers, and they were casually sitting around, maybe waiting for customers — who knows. The place was dim and dingy and looked more like someone’s house with a few tables set up. Anyway I was shown a table and then handed the menu. While looking at the menu I noted the small wine glass was«opaque» so I figured I had better order bottled water, but I was not specific enough and my bottle was maybe 1.75 litre in size so I had to pour into the glass. Ugh. Then there is the food. I ordered 2 spring rolls and what came was greasy stale fried egg rolls heated over in a microwave. Strike one. I also ordered the wanton soup. That came in a small bowl with 5 wantons which themselves barely tasted okay but the liquid had a strange oily taste. Not good. Strike two. Then the main course came — noodles with vegetables(few pieces of julienne carrots, and sliced zucchini) and shrimp(one) and meat(a few tiny pieces). The noodles were the clear rice noodles(if I had known that I would have ordered something else) and everything was sauced with soya sauce. I can cook far better thhan this! Anyway I noted that the pile had a strange smooth shape to the top and I guessed that it was covered in shrink wrap and then microwaved since I heard no clanking of a wok. So I dug in. The taste was not bad but credit that to the lack of too many ingredients other than the noodles and to the soya sauce. I also had some pepper sauce on the table which I used liberally to «fix» the dish. There is one okay aspect to this«experience» — it all came up to 13.50 Euros, although it was worth far less. Especially for food that was not fresh but microwaved. I did not stay for dessert.
