La Posta Vecchia Hotel

We came here for a wedding and I had only seen pictures of the hotel but being there is something to talk about. It is Getty’s old private villa turned into a hotel and it is a beauty. From the minute you drive into the gates to the time you arrive at the front of the hotel, you know you are somewhere special. I will post some pictures shortly.
We arrived and had lunch on the deck overlooking the ocean and all of the beautiful surrounding properties. The food was good and you can tell this place cares about everything. The staff is awesome.
We stayed in the garden room and it was very big. The bathroom had it’s own little hallway and it was large and opulent. The whole experience at this hotel has to be one of the top ten stays of my life. I hope that once day I can return again and be here during the summer hours.
