Chock Full O Nuts came about after the outdoor coffee stand, located just a few feet away, was shutdown. You can still get everything that you could get at the coffee stand here(espresso, coffee, quick slices of pizza), if that’s what you want. Since the move, the menu has grown. There’s a grill in the back and an abundance of sandwich choices for both breakfast and lunch. It’s probably the closest that you’ll get to a stateside deli. My usual order was a BLT and fries. Something about the BLT reminded me of one of my favorite dives back home. Another thing that was bringing me here time and again, after the changeover, was the smoothies. There aren’t many places around the area that do smoothies, and even if it was a bit on the pricey side, it was always well worth to grab during a hot work day. If you’re flying through Sig on an AMC flight, don’t expect this place to be open to grab a snack. It closes by 2:30 pm every day. The NEX Mini Mart isn’t too far of a walk, so make sure you have a little time on your flight break to head down and grab some snacks. Three stars because the line, as well as the wait, can become terrible for breakfast as well as during the lunch hour. Also, the prices are a little too high for me, although, I usually indulge anyways. One good thing, though, is just like most of the other Local National run places to be found around Sig, you can pay with either American or Euro.
