La Granseola con Peppe

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company, Peppe, and his boats. On our trip to Capri and Positano we spent 3 days with Peppe and each was better than the last.
Peppe has 2 boat options — the large and small boat — both are fantastic! Booking was simple and prices were very fair. The experience is unbeatable. With Peppe you aren’t getting a standard large company excursion — you are getting a customized experienced created with love that could never be duplicated.
Beyond the beautiful boats — the first thing to know is that Peppe is fantastic. He is kind, funny, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Peppe makes you feel like a friend and will truly transport you on a magical experience.
Second special treat is that Peppe truly puts such care into your experience. He serves you fruits he grows in his garden, tuna he caught himself, and wine and digestives that he made personally.
Third thing to note is that Peppe will show you so many things that you will not get to see otherwise. Each day he created a unique experience for us that we simply would not have gotten with other companies:
Day 1: We skipped the touristy blue grotto and went to see many other grottos such as the white grotto, green grotto, witch grotto and many more! We stopped to swim inside the grottos and were the only ones there! He took us through the faraglioni rocks playing thats amore — transporting us in time. He took us for a wonderful lunch at conca del sogno followed by more swimming and sight seeing.
Day 2: We brought 2 other friends on the large boat. We went all around Capri and to Ischia. We went to more hidden spots, healing swimming waters, and in more caves. He brought his adorable daughter to help and she made the experience even more special. He even dove to catch us fresh fish to eat right there on the boat!
Day 3: He picked us right up at our hotel dock in San Pietro. We went up the amalfi coast stopping to check out the towns whenever we wanted. He took us to 2 amazing caves where we literally swam inside these giant caves — again — we were the only ones in there. In my life, I have never seen anything so cool. He then took us to nerrano to his wifes restaurant which was such a special experience.
I cannot thank Peppe enough for making our trip the most amazing and memorable time. We will surely recommend him to all of our friends. Peppe is a hidden gem and you will not regret choosing to with with Peppe — I promise it will be the best decision of your trip!

Pepe and his beautiful 32 ft boat are a lot of fun. He can shuttle you to Capri or take you to hidden beaches and caves throughout the Amalfi Coast. He’s good natured and offers some unique surprises, our first day with him we dove for fresh sea urchins to harvest as an afternoon snack. He also brought along a wine from his small village. I’d probably skip any cave tours (he can take you to them), but they are operated by others. The one we stopped in was small and not super exciting for the EUR. Also when we were dropped off in Capri for a few hrs he connected us with a taxi driver (Giuseppe) that took us around, but charged us more than expected (quoted 120 EUR and asked for 200 EUR). Boating is clearly Pepe’s passion and he did an expert job taking us around, I’d recommend him.
