Great for a quick breakfast before heading to your train. They have deals too where you get a caffe or cappuccino plus brioche for a set price. I tried the brioche con cream and a cappuccino. Both were perfect!

We should have known better than to eat here at such an obvious tourist trap, but we were starving! However, this completely confirmed our fear about the quality of food and service at a location that is so close to the beautiful Duomo.
Our server was friendly and relatively speedy. However we asked for olive oil and bread FOUR TIMES, and never received it.
The food was AWFUL. We ordered two pizzas, and the margherita was so salty that no one in our group could eat it. We sent it back for another pizza which was better, but it still tasted worse than most frozen pizzas you can buy from a store and cost 5x as much. The caprese sandwich and saffron risotto were edible, but by no means good.
They also refuse to serve coffee even though it is clearly on the menu, probably so they can get people in and out faster.
The only positive thing I would say is that the view of the Duomo is gorgeous if you can see it past the plume of cigarette/​cigar smoke.
