Cette ancienne rôtisserie propose du street food pas cher. Possibilité de manger sur place et de gouter les spécialité du street food locales. N’étant pas des plats très légers c’est mieux de gouter cela pas en été mais vous pouvez composer une assiette plus légère avec des salades choisies au petit comptoir.

While in Sicily, we took a quick trip to the town of Monreale which lies on the slope of Monte Caputo overlooking the «La Conca d’Oro» valley. We were there to visit the cathedral but arrived midday when most restaurants are closed. I happened to peek into Antic Friggitoria while we were passing by and noticed a handful of local men munching away on sandwiches. I wanted to try one and went inside but they were sold out. Instead, they brought out Arancini (risotto balls with stuffing, rolled in breadcrumbs and deep-​fried), piping hot and the size of a large fist. They were crisp on the outside and molten hot inside with a tasty stuffing of ground meat and veggies. It was a very filling snack and we shared 3 of them amongst four of us.
A great little local hole in the wall for food to go. Recommended for sandwiches and arancini.
