Abraxas

I’ve been to Abraxas a couple of times already. The last time I went, the place was like it was; pleasant, and great atmosphere. I sat outside over looking the lake some time around 8:30PM. The menu looked very enticing and the wine menu was huge! I came dressed with shorts and a T-​Shirt and all the Italians were dressed up.
As for the wine selection, we had red wine with the label «Campi Flegrei Piedirosso». It was good and I highly recommend the wine. I specifically didn’t ask for that type wine, but just the house wine and this is what they brought out. It was good if you’re into wine.
So we arrived at around 8:30pm and we probably didn’t leave until 12. We ordered the set menu that probably cost about 40 – 50 euro per person with a minimum of 2 people. That set menu is A LOT of food and you have to have time in sitting and relaxing. I believe the set menu is a little taste of everything. So if you’re not into having a LONG dinner, then don’t order the set menu otherwise you’ll be there for awhile.
I highly recommend Abraxas to anyone. You will not be disappointed! ;)

Abraxas is one of my favorite restaurants in the Naples area. It’s menu offers a variety of dishes that fall outside the typical. The antipasti are excellent because they are unique preparations of standard ingredients. Meat lover’s enjoy, but if you’re looking for a lighter primi with great use of vegetables, Abraxas will not disappoint.
