This is my all time favorite restaurant from when i lived in Naples!!! Only Americans that live in the area know about it. I tried many times to get my NAVY coworkers to come here for«Authentic» Italian food but they wanted to always goo to the same OverPriced restaurants all the other Americans went to. This is a hidden gem right on the bank of Lago D’Averno! I went here every Friday for dinner and every Sunday for lunch. The food is amazing from the zeppole-fried seaweed balls to the Pulpo insalate– octopus salad. The staff was attentive and very courteous, and after they got to know me i noticed my portions got a little healthier! It got to the point where i could feed myself and 3others plus have a couple bottles of house wines and not pay over 100 euro! I definitely recommend this restaurant and can not wait to return for a visit to Naples so i can go! Just got a little sad thinking about how much time i spent there in 5 years time. Small note when you go you need to follow the road until you see the restaurant right in front of you the road will turn to the left it’s right on the water! If you go tell them Romeo da Chicago Ciao!
