This is a very tiny shop, specializing in the focaccia de recco. We stopped in for a quick lunch and loved it. It’s very much a ‘hole in the wall’ sort of a place but they do one thing and they do it very well. The focaccia is made to order and is brought out to the plastic table when it’s ready. It’s paper thin with a layer of cheese in between. It’s unreal. It was unlike anything we’ve ever had and if you’re ever in the vicinity of Recco it’s worth checking out. They have a few varieties but we stuck with the basic. One is good enough for two people to share.
