White Eggplant Parmigiana! This has got to be the most amazing version of Eggplant Parmigiana. It’s baked in a deep bowl and consists of eggplant and tons of cheese, no tomato sauce. Goes well with the complimentary bread basket that consists of 4 different varieties of bread. 2-​thumbs up from a happy customer from Hawaii!
TIP: they also do take out pizza. In my opinion 1-​pizza can feed 2 people.
