MOLTO MOLTO MALO: DO NOT BUY FROM BERNABEI !!!
our first (and last) wine order with them:
–bad bad service, chaotic and very time consuming for customers: getting it delivered took us around 8 hours in total
–wine was delivered in 2 boxes on 2 different days???
–1 box had nearly frozen wines of 04 degrees celcius in them, which ruins wine totally
–2nd box was leaking wine, so clearly bottle (s) were broken, they tried to deliver it anyway???
–we answered all their questions and requested new sending with fresh bottles,
Bernabei does not respond at all…
Clearly Bernabei has no respect nor service, AVOID THEM, go to a proper wine shop!!!
