This is a wonderful, charming neighborhood restaurant. The food was excellent! My wife and I ate here twice during our 4-day stay in Rome. While we greatly enjoyed the food, best part was the owner(apologies for not remembering her name). She went out of her way to be kind and accommodating. She helped us understand her Italian menu(she has since created menus in English), told us all the best places to visit in San Lorenzo, and even gave us a map of Rome with all of her favorite sights and restaurants clearly marked. I have no idea how she was able to manage her busy restaurant and draw up a 2-day tour for my wife and I. Incredible. If you are in or near the San Lorenzo neighborhood, definitely stop by. You won’t be disappointed. Good food, great people — what more could you ask for?
