Call me the ultimate foodie tourist. This stop made me happier than ‘a pig in shit’ according to my less-than-excited travelling companions. PROS: + LOCATION: Super convenient. It is right by Termini(which is the connecting platform to the Airport train station and the subway lines). + Chocolate? Do you love chocolate? DIDSOMEBODYSAYCHOCOLATE?! Kinder/Nutella is huge in Europe. If you are anything like me, bring home a few dark chocolate & white chocolate kinder buenos. Totally delicious. + FOOD: This location may afford to be a bit pricier than other Conads due to its location. Nonetheless, if you know that your hotel room has a fridge, grab a few quick eats. They had pre-made salads, sandwiches, etc. that will probably be an inexpensive snack if you’re spending a few days in this city. Also stock up on water bottles!(I’d prefer buying it from the grocery store than the random stranger off the street, thanks). + PLASTIC: They accept: D CONS: — LINES: can get pretty long :( …WHYARETHERENOCONADSINNORTHAMERICA?!

A little supermercato near the train station, good for getting pretty much whatever you want, except for hummus. I also noticed the veg*n selections(things such as tofu, etc) were absent, but considering that I don’t live in Rome and only wanted to purchase a few things to make sandwiches, wasn’t a big deal for me. The store itself is pretty compact and can get rather crowded. The queues for the cassa can get quite long.

This shop is easy to find– just beyond the gate with big front letters on top of the entrance door. This shop has everything youre looking for, from fresh fruits and veggies, meat, chocolates, breads and no gas water!!! You pay at the registers at the end of the store and exit from the back from the shop.

Ein Schlauchförmig angelegter Supermarkt ohne besonderes Flair, aber wenn man im Hotel um die Ecke wohnt, dann gut zur Versorgung geeignet!
