The only reason that this hotel gets 2 stars is that it offers breakfast and it’s pretty close to the Fermi train station to get into Rome proper. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The rooms were relatively comfortable, but we receive zero maid service until the night before we were to check out(7 nights), three(3) rooms. Extremely noisy the entire stay, this is probably because this is a hotel frequented by tour buses visiting the Rome area. One positive is that it’s next door to a huge shopping mall. This hotel was inexpensive and this might be why it’s very mediocre compared to most hotels that we’ve stayed at. I would recommend that if you were to stay in Rome, stay closer in and don’t be afraid to spend the extra money for a more elegant hotel it would be money well spent.
