YES! Unequivocally, emphatically, without reservation — Yes! Crossing Condotti is a stylish and elegant, yet relaxing and welcoming, get away in the heart of Rome. Just steps from the Spanish Steps this boutique hotel is in a converted apartment. Upon arrival we were treated to a coffee while the staff went over a map of Rome with suggested stops and restaurants. The hotel offers a small kitchenette that is fully stocked with water, soft drinks, juice and beer. There is also an ice machine for chilling a nice bottle of prosecco to enjoy before heading out for a late dinner. There are only five rooms available — the one we had was lovely with a large canopy over the bed. The original rustic wood beam ceilings contrast beautifully with antique treasures brought to decorate from a villa in Sicily. The staff at the hotel could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay during our getaway to Rome.
