Great Irish Pub in the heart of Rome. I came here for a taste of home on my Italian Vacation. They had a live band singing folk songs and could pour a great Guinness. Reasonable price, comfortable, non-pretentious for the non-italian speaking crowd.

It’s your regular little dive bar. I’m giving it five stars because the people who work there are super nice, the clientele seemed friendly and two medium italian draft beers only cost 9 € for both! This is pretty good considering everywhere we go it’s about 7 – 9 € a glass. Super easy to get there, only a few blocks from Via Nazionale.

Little dive bar I spotted near our hotel. A sign out front said«Live Music», so I talked my husband into giving it a try. Quirky décor, friendly patrons, and attentive staff. Good place to get your drink on. Drinks were pretty cheap, so we had a few. There was a big soccer game on that night, so «Live Music» was pushed to later… we didn’t stick around to see the show. We had touristy things to do in the a.m. so we had to call it a night.

There are not many Bars in Rome but in this little square there are about four. Two of these are the Druids Rock and the Druids Den across the other side from it. These are two small Irish bars which have a good atmosphere because of the fact that it doesn’t take that many people to fill them. On days like Paddy’s day or when Ireland are playing Italy in Rome these are the places to be.
