Fratelli La Bufala

So apparently mozzarella di buffala is one of the most delicious cheeses on earth, don’t believe me? Try stuffing your face in a pizza, a panini, a salad or just about anything that contains it! Pure unadulterated buffalo deliciousness!
So I went to this huge mall just outside Rome which you can easily reach by bus, just don’t go there on a weekend it’s packed! To shop for some stuff I needed for my new place, aka a kitchen! So I spent the whole afternoon in IKEA and was starving, I was thrilled when I got out and saw this restaurant because I had already tried it on another of their locations, (yes! It’s a chain) because as I already told you, the cheese is outstanding. At least for me, I still have to try a farm fresh one!
The place is fine, just a regular restaurant with some interesting art of buffaloes hanging from the walls, what got my attention though was the service, it was really good! And trust me you don’t come by attentive service here that much! So yeah, good place to get your grub on after some exhaustive shopping!
Pro tip– get a bottle of the house red wine it’s dirt cheap and really nice.
