Owner makes his own gelato and it is intensely flavored and good service. The cup and cone prices are clearly marked so just note which size you want — the smallest size is only 2 euro and the medium is 2.50 euro — try a mix of flavors — I had the crema (custard) gelato, which was quite rich, and the cantaloupe one which was amazingly refreshing. It is right up the street from I Clementini so eat dinner there, skip desert, and then come up to this place for desert. As Agela B notes in her review, the owner is extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely go back here again and will as I have four more days in Rome before heading over to Florence!

Near the Coloseum there is this wonderful place where you can eat home made ice cream. It is really really tasty! My husband and i were there and the owner was also really kind and nice, so was the girl working there. So if you are in Rome and want to eat some tasty ice cream, go there!
