Where to start? I was at this«pub» in Oct 15, my friends and I wanted to watch the Barcelona v Seville game and we were told that they would show it on a 20 inch in the front bar due to the Rugby World Cup. I get it. The staff is rude, the drinks suck. I ordered 3 car bombs and the jackass bartender gave me a pint glass with 1⁄8th in guinness. Come on man! I had a brit next to me that laughed his ass off and I asked the bartender to fill it to at least the ½ mark when it is usually filled ¾. He did but acted as if I was dating his sister. Look, I have been to a few pubs/sports bars in my time but this place sucked. They were rude, it was over priced, just not worth it. I did not get the name of the bartender in the front bar, but he sucked, We ended up leaving at half time. I wish I had investigated other pubs and in the rest of Europe you can find a bunch of these joints, I would avoid this place unless you absolutely have to. Don’t confuse this with the OTHER Highlander pub on Viale della Primavera 213

Zero stars!!! Staff terrible, don’t waste your money. Rude, rude, rude! So many awesome pubs in Rome, stay away from the Highlander.

The epitome of Roma. We were treated like family from the second we stepped through the door. Here’s some Football, popcorn, pistachios, and a tall Foster’s. Oh, and why don’t you come join the birthday party table and take shot after shot and chug champagne after champagne. The owner was the man(don’t forget your keys!) and the bartender was an absolute sweetheart. The wings were great and it’s just a short walk from Spagna M. When in Rome… COMEHERE! Just don’t expect to be very useful the next day :)
