This shouldn’t be considered a hotel… more of a B&B. No frills… but it’s ok. The rooms are sparse, and the building is old. There were cracks in all of the walls and since they used flat paint you could see every scuff. Needs a new paint job in the rooms.(Let me suggest using an eggshell finish next time… much more forgiving!) The breakfast is minimal but does the job. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Remember, you get what you pay for!

In a nutshell, we stayed at the hotel for 5 days as a couple and enjoyed it quite well because of the perfect location in the old town of Rome. what was good: + central location 5mins wlak to spanish steps and the trevi fountain, 30 mins to colosseum and vatican + spacious suites + Espresso maschine on the rooms + reception staff speaks english perfectly and was very friendly and helpful what was not so good: — breakfast(toast, jam, coffee, cereals) — reception opens at 2pm — only cleaning staff available in the morning and they don’t understand a single word english All in all a pleasant stay as our focus was on sightseeing, being at a central spot and having some nice restaurants around.
