Was in Rome on business visiting one of our vendors and they took us out to this restaurant for dinner. Very busy restaurant which was a good sign. Gotta say great food especially if you like grilled meat! Friendly staff as well. Only down side was small and tight tables.

Referred by our hotel, great food and quaint sidewalk location. Steak was huge and cooked perfectly. My boyfriend had the dish that included 4 different cuts of meat and all were delicious. Definitely a must if staying in the area. Delicious desert as well.

The best restaurant in Rome for me and my husband .It looks simple and get a little bit old style. but the steak was really juicy and good price. We went there twice when we stayed in Rome. The steak was remarkable, and the ham as well. extremely recommend the T-bone which was 4.5 euro for 100g.

Quick service, good meals, good prices! We went twice during our stay in Rome and had a great experience both times. The food was delivered hot and fresh, and was very tasty. Our server was quick, and did her best with English. The prices and portions are very reasonable. € 8 for an entire pizza! Also tried the pasta of the day which was a ravioli — delicious, but could have been a bigger portion for dinner. The tiramisu and its cream were fantastic(could’ve eaten an entire bowl of the cream alone!!). Tried the Nutella Pie the next night and wasn’t impressed — could tell it was stale. Husband dried the crème de caramel(flan), and found it decent Stays open late! Nice, inviting atmosphere! The gelato shop across street is also delicious!

Viandes exceptionnelles. J’y vais presque chaque fois que je vais à Rome et, cela, depuis de très nombreuses années. La capacité d’accueil est importante et quand il fait beau, c’est souvent à Rome, on peut aussi manger dehors mais c’est un peu bruyant. Réservation conseillée.

Fleisch(vor allem Steak) in rustikal gediegenem Lokal. Durchwegs gut und reichlich! Schönes Ambiente, z.B. Servietten aus Stoff, ausreichendes und erfahrenes Personal in Kombination mit bodenständigem und qualitativ ordentlichem Essen sind die Grundlagen für einen angenehmen Abend und den anhaltenden Erfolg des Lokals. Kein Geheimtipp, aber bestimmt einen Besuch wert.

Pues este sitio por fuera parece más pequeño de lo que en verdad es porque al menos tiene tres comedores. Lo que más me gustó fue esa forma que tienen de servir la carne recién salida de la parrilla en unas bandejas de metal(renegrido del uso) que siguen calentado tu pedazo de carne durante un rato. Eso, claro, significa salpicaduras y algo de olorcillo, rico, pero olorcillo en cuanto te despistes y te arrimes demasiado al tema. Grandes trozos de carne de gran calidad servidos con patatas en romero. Fantástico, superior. No es barato ni excesivamente caro. Se sirven varias de las cosas al peso y así depende de tu pieza el precio final a pagar. Gente maja y agradable excepto por la gente que está en le primer comedor que debe ser la familia y están como muy hartos y mirando mal a la gente que entra, come, paga y sale. En su descargo he de decir que il capo del restaurante lo mantuvo abierto a eso de las 15’30 sólo para mi que llegaba recomendado desde el hotel en el que acaba de entrar a hospedarme tras un retraso del vuelo considerable. La cosa es que en Roma(en toda Italia a excepción de Nápoles en verdad) la cosa decía es que en Roma cierran los restaurantes a las 14’30 o las 15’00 como muy tarde. Sin embargo, el conserje de mi hotel les llamó y desde el mismo hall ya les encargamos la pieza de carne a la parrilla que me comería. Oye, genial. He repetido y todo varios días.

For meat lovers only! Great for rowdy group dinners, you can order set meals with loads of starters(but careful, it’s very easy to get full on those only), and then proceed to the meat. The men in the group invariably then have a competition on who can order the most unreasonably huge size of beef(can go to 2kg) and then we all get very very ill. Yes it’s pretty decadent and indulgent. Have not tried anything other than their tasty starters and beef but I’m sure they have other stuff too. Not for vegetarians, giant chunks of meat lying about!

Was gibt es besseres um in Rom anzukommen? Draussen an einem netten Stadtplatz zu sitzen, alle Tische sind belegt, die Nacht ist lauschig, das Hausbier sehr gut, der Kellner gut drauf, die Karte nicht zu vielfältig, das(toskanische) Essen lecker, der Kellner immer noch gut drauf, obwohl, wir nicht 3-Gänge bestellt haben.
