We stopped in here last week during our honeymoon trip to Rome. I read a review of this place on travel advisor and had to see for myself. My wife and I went in and was met by a nice woman who was able to speak a little English to us. We tried one each of 5 different cannoli’s. The were absolutely exceptional. The filling was delicious and the shells were very crispy and fresh. When I stepped back outside and looked down the street, I could see a castle. The view was amazing to be in a little hole-​in-​the –wall restaurant and then step out into history. If you want a real cannoli, stop here. You will be glad you did.

C’est une toute petite pâtisserie où tout fait envie !
Tombées par hasard devant cette boutique, nous n’avions pas faim mais la curiosité/​gourmandise a pris le dessus.
Aucun regret. On n’a pris que des bouchées liées à la gastronomie italienne.
Que dire à part qu’on s’est régalées ?
Petite note: Il y a un côté épicerie vendant de la confiture et du miel italiens.

We were walking to the Vatican when we happily stumbled upon this Cannoleria. It hit the spot as we tried the regular cannoli with chocolate chips inside. There was a perfect blend of cheese and chips and the taste was superb. We were the only ones in there at the time and had a table in their small sitting area.
The service was friendly and it costs around 2 – 3 euro per cannoli depending on which kind you get. There were other kinds that peaked my interest but a return trip during our trip was not possible, unfortunately.
