Ended up here at random after not being able to get a seat in another highly Unilocal rated place. This area is «happening» and interesting people and activity everywhere. The food was good.

Stopped in for dinner one evening and dined al fresca. We opted for the mixed salad which was quite large and a pizza with sausage, olives and mushrooms. The pizza was your typical Roman style, thin and crispy without being overly charred. It was large enough that we were able to split this as well and with the bread they served with the salad we had a decent size meal. Prices were reaonable at under 30 Euro for this and two large bottled beers. Service was attentive. They do speak English as well.

This restaurant is in the Trastevere section just over the ponte sisto bridge. We came here to celebrate our engagement from earlier in the day and it was a meal worthy of the occasion. We’ve had a few meals in Rome, but this place had a somewhat off the beaten path kind of vibe. The service was great and the location was great. I recommend the clams and spaghetti and the meat and cheese platter. Both of those were amazing.

Fungi risotto can also be made as a pasta. Delicious! It’s in a ritzy part of town, but the service is very good for Europe in general. Will be back!
