Only 1 star because have to give any star to write a review. Been here twice, both times were overcharged for a mysterious amount for an item that we did not purchase. Both times the credit machine was not «working». The first time I didn’t realize what happened until I looked at the receipt on the train. The 2^nd time, I called the cashier out on it, he have me attitude so I threw my tray & trash on the floor in front of him & spat on the floor telling him to clean it up. This almost lead to an altercation but then security jumped in & I got my money back. I’m from the hood, I don’t give a F’ about some old Italian cashier who has to steal 2£ here 3 € there to pay for things in his pathetic excuse for a life. I’ll be taking the train again in 2 days, keeping my fingers crossed that he’s working then!

Avoid this place. This place left a horrid imprint in my memory I will never forget. The workers here displayed the utmost offensive and horrible customer service I’ve ever seen.
Good location because there are tables just outside the café. However, I witnessed one of the cashiers literally ridicule a customer with an extremely nasty attitide. The cashier mocked the customer and turned to her co-​workers to get them to chime in and laugh. This was incredibly rude. My husband and son walked in here 2 separate times and both times they were provided with rude customer service from the same cashier.
