A nice, simple, uncrowded, friendly, moderately priced pizzeria in Monteverde.
I often walk by on my way up the Janiculum or back down the hill and stop in for a quick slice and a drink. The wait staff is friendly (no English) and there’s a good selection of pizzas on hand whenever I go by. If I want something that’s not prepared and have 10 minutes to wait, they’ll make up whatever I want and only sell me the number of slices I want. Just a good, simple, local pizza place. Glad to have it in the neighborhood — I especially like the bufala pizza.
