Giving the classic tiramisu 5 stars for price and taste! Comes in a take away box. Good size and was only 4 euros. Easily one of the best in Rome! Very creamy but light! There were different flavors tiramisu like pistachio, hazelnut, strawberries, and a couple of more. Would definitely come back to try the pistachio! They said its freshly made so it needs to be stored in a fridge within 40 mins of purchase and can only be stored until night time. Had it at night, and it was absolutely delicious! I also had the gelato which was fairly priced (2 euros for small, 3 for medium, 4 for large). Flavors and texture were great. Would give it 4 stars because the flavors didn’t taste that much different from one another. Oh well, the service was great!

Yummy pistachio tiramisu! If you aren’t eating it right away, get the frozen tiramisu and then let it defrost. The bf and I got into an argument on the last night in Rome and after eating this tiramisu, it made the night better. haha. BUT I purposely ate more than half my share heh heh heh.

We got their classical tiramisu. I liked it — it was alright according to me but my husband on the other hand LOVED IT!
The reason why I probably didn’t love it like he did is because the Tiramisu comes in a prepackaged box so it kinda gives you the feel of being mass-​produced and didn’t feel very gourmet.

ich als großer Fan von Tiramisu kann diesen Laden nur EMPFEHLEN!!! ich finde es nur schade, dass es Pompi nur in Rom gibt und in keinen anderen Städten Italiens.

Tiramisu: We tried the pistachio, it is gooooooood! The other one was nocciola, it is unfortunately too sweet and we didn’t finish it eventually.
Primavera: can get better. The crusts are moist. What a turn down.
Gelato: Their gelatoes are not as sweet as the cheap-​o bar gelati. We ordered a 3 euro cone and they upgraded it to a 5 euro chocolate dipped one! XDDD Flavors we got are chocolae chip and nuts clusters. Both are good. But they only allow you to try one flavor… :(((

Really yummy tiramisu. Again the same lining system we’ve been seeing… pay at the counter, show receipt to get your goods. Quicky and easier than usual as it’s more just pay, grab, and go.
It’s very rich, so I felt one order was good to share with a friend.

Expensive but delicious tiramisu! Takeaway is significantly cheaper than eating in.

Outstanding Tiramisu!
My mom and I spent 4 days in Rome and ate Pompi tiramisu at least once a day. We tried all of the flavors (except the seasonal piña colada– we weren’t interested in that) and the classic tiramisu was our favorite. Strawberry tiramisu was delicious but more like an excellent strawberry shortcake, rather than tiramisu.
Pisachio was very very good, my second favorite after classic. The other products looked delicious but we stuck to the tiramisu. Go here, get a tiramisu and enjoy eating it on the Spanish Steps people watching :)

Went here during my last night in Rome! Being right next to the Spanish Steps, this is a fantastic location with a vibrant crowd, and you can just feel the radiating energy around here! Also, coincidentally, my friend and I had just gone to Pompei earlier that day, and I thought it was cool the name of this place was similar =)
Pompi’s great because it has a large variety of goodies outside of traditional gelato on a cone. They have some yummy looking pastries and also have tiramisu cakes as well. However, decided to be safe and stuck with the pistachio and noccioloto flavors on a peanut-​covered, chocolate-​coated waffle cone. Cone was fresh and crunchy, and the ice cream was very rich — absolutely delicious! Furthermore, loved the service because they busted out the pistachio jar after I asked for extra nuts on my ice cream =)
Awesome place to come back to!

Tiramisu is AMAZING! My husband and I went back 3 consecutive times because we couldn’t get enough. All homemade goodies in here w/​great staff.

Pompi, appelé aussi il Re Del Tiramisù, est une institution de Rome, un passage obligé pour nous, touristes !
Ce n’est pas faute d’en avoir mangés des tiramisù, et pourtant celui-​ci reste le meilleur.
J’ai testé le classique, au café, rien de tel pour voir si les rumeurs étaient vraies.
Bingo ! C’était délicieux !
Nous étions nombreux, et ça n’a pas posé de problème pour trouver une place.
En plus, le personnel est vraiment au top.
Pour vous montrer à quel point ils sont sympas, petite anecdote: à l’occasion d’un pari de la photo la plus insolite de Rome, nous avons réussi à convaincre le patron de prendre une photo tous ensemble, un beau souvenir !

I’ve never like tiramisu but since it was rated the best in rome i had to give it a try! The tiramisu is light but rich, not soggy like most tiramisu’s that i’ve had and the chocolate added a nice texture to the creaminess.

This place to great! There are many different kinds cookies, ice cream, cakes, and more. The hardest part about coming here is picking out which one to eat.

Bestes Tiramisù was ich jemals gegessen habe! Wir sind über Qype drauf gekommen und zufällig lag das Café nur 5 Minuten von unserm Hotel entfernt. Also sind wir hin. leider zu spät, denn wie wir erfuhren ist von 18 bis 21 Uhr Aperitivo time ;) Das heißt, man bestellt nen Drink und kann dann zum Buffet gehen und sich was zu Essen holen! Da wir das verpasst hatten bestellten wir einfach Cocktail und Tiramisù :) Es war der HAMMER! Hin da aber ganz schnell!!!

Wir haben von einer Italienerin den Tipp bekommen, dass man im Pompi wohl mit eines der leckersten Tiramisù der Stadt essen kann. Unweit der Metro Station gelegen eröffnet sich das größere Café, welches selbst unter der Woche sehr gut besucht war. Primär wohl von Italienern, weil es abseits der normalen Touristischen Plätzen liegt.
Ich beziehe mich bei der Bewertung primär auf das Tiramisù und den Espresso. Beides verdient wohl die Bestnote. Insgesamt sehr sehr lecker. Besonders ist es, dass man auch verschiedene Sorten zur Auswahl hat: Erdbeere, Kaffee, Banane und Pistazie. Alle Sorten sollen super lecker schmecken, persönlich kann ich es von der klassischen Sorte Kaffee und Banane bestätigen. Absolut lecker und locker. Beim Kaffee ist es das besondere, dass sie wohl keinen Alkohol verwenden und alles lecker süß schmeckt. In Deutschland treffe ich meist auf bittere Desserts dieser Art. Hier ist es total das Gegenteil: Sehr locker, ausgewogen süß und lecker.
FAZIT: Es lohnt sich im Café einzukehren. Jeder, der die Stadt kosten möchte, sollte hier einmal Tiramisù essen. Die Portion kostet 4 Euro und schmeckt erstklassig.
