I’ll give this hotel 3 stars only because of location and room size. You are walking distance to one of the most beautiful monuments on earth. The St. Peter’s square in the Vatican City. They wash the sheets every other day and they didn’t replenish our shampoo and body wash (which is the only thing you get by the way. Don’t expect lotion, conditioner, q-​tips or any other amenities). I had to call front desk to bring up some more because they left my half used body wash and that was all. The hair dryer stopped working a few times probably because it was overheated, and the shower floods the bathroom floor. Whoever designed the bathroom is an idiot. I’ve stayed at 3 star hotels better than this.

Wonderful location! Could see St. Peter’s Cathedral from our balcony. Wonderful staff and layout of the hotel. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome.

This hotel has an excellent location, décor and room size. However if you are looking for friendliness or service look elsewhere! The staff at the reception desk remind me of the guy in French Kiss in Paris. They are efficacious and really don’t care that you are their guest. They are above it all and not helpful in any way. How the management and owners keep these people is beyond me. The rest of the staff bellmen, maids and restaurant people are friendly and helpful.

Die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt gegenüber vom Petersdom. Leider hatte ich kein Zimmer mit dem Blick dadrauf. Moderne zweckmäßige Einrichtung, entspricht dem 4-​Sterne-​Standard. Minuspunkte gibt es für die Klimaanlage, die nicht auszuschalten war und das Fehlen einer Infomappe über das Hotel auf dem Zimmer. Im Untergeschoß konnte man an Wänden Schwammbefall beobachten.

The hotel was in an excellent location. It is right behind the Vatican. Walking distance to the Vatican, shopping, and restaurants.
Breakfast was included in the price.
Rooms were a decent size. The beds were small though, single bed.
Wifi was free.

This hotel has an excellent location that is just a few minutes away from the St. Peter’s Square. The room is clean and cozy. The free breakfast is reasonably ok but far from excellent: Coffee is dull and beacon is grease. The reason to give it a two-​star rating is due to the careless service. First of all, you cannot find any power socket that fits US standard plug, even in the bathroom where most hotels provide a universal power socket. I called many times, went to the front desk and asked for it many times, the only answer I got from various staff was «no, we don’t have any returned». I kept requesting for a simple power plug adaptor for three days and eventually, I did NOT get one. I went to bought one on street for only 2 Euros at the third day. Very disappointed for the «don’t care» attitude of the hotel staff. The hotel can get 100 adaptors for only 200 Euros, which may solve big problems to some guests who need their phones, computers or other devices to work promply.

Hotel moderne mais un peu vieillissant.
Les chambres sont de bonnes tailles, silencieuses, lits confortables, minibar, télés à écran cathodique !!! Salles de bains modernes mais un peu petites (la douche de la baignoire né fonctionnait pas très bien). À noter un coffre-​fort spacieux qui peut contenir un ordinateur de 15″.
La salle-​à-​manger est au rez-​de-​chaussée, lumineuse mais tout en longueur; le matin quand les groupes de touristes viennent prendre leur petit déjeuner on se bouscule un peu.
Le petit-​déjeuner est sous forme de buffet continental (le même qu’à Hambourg ou à Nashville) i.e. salades de fruits, yaourts, thé et café jus de chaussettes et bien sur les incontournables oeufs brouillés, saucisses grillées, charcuteries et fines lamelles de fromages industriels sans oublier les viennoiseries-​trop-​sucrées et les jus de fruits insipides
Sinon, le personel est très attentionné.
Wifi gratuit pour 30 minutes par jour.
Comptez 120 EUR pour une chambre à deux avec petit-​déjeuner.
Cet hotel est idéalement situé juste sous la cité du Vas-t’y quand. On peut donc se lever tôt pour prendre son délicieux petit-​déjeuner et arriver à l’ouverture de la basilique San Pietro car après 8h45 la queue devient intenable et sous le soleil d’été, c’est vraiment inhumain !

personel super efficace, chambre tres spacieuse et prix tres competitif

Absolut spitze — das personal war freundlich, das frühstück auch für verwöhnte europäer mehr als reichlich und die zimmer waren für italien in einem echt 1a zustand. Einzig die preise der mini-​bar und dem hotelrestaurant waren eine gemeinheit, aber wer in rom am hotel isst /​trinkt is ohnehin selber schuld!

Une situation idéale pour visiter le Vatican situé à 500 mètres.
On a la vue sur la cathédrale Saint Pierre de l’hôtel.
Super confort raffiné dans les suites.
Excellent restaurant avec des plats typiquement Italiens et internationaux.
On y trouve toujours des taxis devant l’hôtel.
