Best hotel experience of my life from the point of arrival (airport pickup) down to every staff interaction. Everyone is eager to please and make you feel at home. We booked a pre-​paid rate that included an airport pick up, daily breakfast and daily hors d’ ouvres for cocktail hour (you have to purchase the drinks). Rooms are well-​appointed with Etro bath products. No weighing scale or iron and board for our room though. Love the daily breakfast at their outdoor terrace, food was excellent and always served fresh.
Hotel is in the fashion district, across from Gucci and just beside Prada. Close to train station and taxi stand. Approximately 30 minutes away from the airport.
Kudos to Franco, Adam, Elena and Noël who have done an excellent job taking care of us. We will not stay anywhere else every time we visit Rome!
