All I can say is WOW!
This guy is a master Chef who makes some of the most amazing dishes that are variations of Florentine cooking. Very creative and everything was fantastic, and as always, so welcoming and friendly. If you are ever in the outskirts of Florence and near Lastra a Signa and want to eat where the locals eat for what would cost us almost as much as a McDonald’s meal for 3 in the U.S., COME HERE! You will be amazed!
We had 2 types of pasta, rabbit, Pollo arrosto, la verdure (veggies), Red beans — le fagiole rosso, red and white wine and it was less than $ 25 Euro for 2!
