Tried booking this company since they had the most competitive rates on holidayautos website and ended up getting screwed.
First of all the Green Motion Car Rental is NOT AT THE AIRPORT. It is a MILE AWAY! They have no shuttle, but they’re response was to ‘call them to pick you up’. I don’t know about you but when you’re in a foreign country, you can’t just ‘CALL them from a f*&ing cell phone from US as a tourist.
Anyways, used the car for about a week, came to drop it off and was 5 min late and they CHARGED ME A WHOLE DAY EXTRA.
Absolutely the worst customer service and no flexibility whatsoever. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. This place is a total sham.
There’s a reason they don’t take American Express as well.
