I felt like this was the only club in sorrento, maybe it wasn’t but the place was nice; decent size. They had a DJ playing all different types of music. Mostly up to date music. Drinks were anywhere from $ 6 – 7 each. Shots $ 5. I would suggest drinking somewhere before then coming here. They also have a dance floor. We were there kind of early around 10:30pm only a few other people were there. If I’m ever back I will surely stop by.

Amazing location right on Piazza Tasso perfect for grabbing an outside table and people watching. Huge menu which is good if everyone in your party wants something different. Menu is very descriptive in English as well as Italian. Beautiful selection of pastries and gelato inside as well as bar and full restaurant menu with table service. Food was good though a bit pricier than it should be. It was nice to have complimentary limoncello to end the meal.

Was drawn into this place because of the location. Also wanted a bit of a change from the average italian restaurant. The service I recieved at this restaurant was the absolute best service I have recieved my entire trip in Italy. The waiters were so attentive. I got a pasta with a bolognese sauce, and it was very good. Also recieved a sample of a delicious cream lemoncello with our bill. Great atmosphere, food, service, and location.

Lovely for a drink in the sun with a view of the square Reasonably priced but not that good value Had a pizza to share which I thought was nice however bf thought average Wouldn’t have an evening meal here Definitely highlight is seating in the sun with drinks and bar snacks Other nicer restaurants tucked away in side streets

After other Unilocal restaurants were closed due to winter, we stumbled upon this gem right in the center of Sorrento. The prices were so reasonable, we were suspicious of hidden charges. To our surprise there were no surprises, except the very enjoyable food, atmosphere and scenery. We had just come from Venice and Florence, so this place was the best deal we have had in days. We had the baked salmon and the beef stroganoff. Both were very good. Everything was great! Highly recommend this restaurant.

Outdoor tables in the middle of the plaza. It ‘s a cheerful & friendly atmosphere. Prices are average. The latte and tiramisu is top notch.

Great to watch the world go by. Tourist based menu. Burgers need salad as they come with none

Food was not good in my opinion. I had an omelette and there were egg shells in it. It was watery and bland. I didnt expect perfection but this was pretty bad. Cappuccino was large and not very good. Great place to sit and people watch.

This alfresco eatery is in the heart of Piazza Tasso so perfect for people watching That and the complimentary limoncello after your meal is about all this place has going for it. Food was horrible. Crappy pasta. Noodles were completely overcooked. Bland red sauce. Completely overpriced for the quality of food. The waiter was also incredibly pushy with tipping.

Wow! It’s like all the Italians in Sorrento stepped on to the transporter and said«Beam me up, Scotty!» Then they replaced all the Italians with Brits, Americans and screaming teenagers as some sort of punishment to all the remaining Italians who neglected to arrive at a transporter in time! I digress. I came to write a review. But seriously, Sorrento did not seem like the«real Italy» to us. Fauno Bar is ideally located for people watching. The sad part is, as mentioned above, the beautiful Italian people we had seen in our previous 3 weeks in Italy were sadly nonexistent. That didn’t stop up from stopping in hear 3 out of our 4 evenings for a few cold ones! Grab a seat at one of the many tables on the square. Soon you will be greeted by a friendly waiter who will ply you with a combination of olives, peanuts and crisps(gotta keep the Brits happy!) in not so small ramikins to accompany each beer or cocktail you order. If one ever had the opportunity to overdose on olives, this would be it. I am talkin’ about HUGEDELICIOUSMOUTHWATERINGLYDELICIOUS green olives! Damn, they were tasty and could not refrain from eating a squillion of these each time we stopped in. The beers were served ice cold and I love a server who has perfected the art of watching the level of the beer in a customers glass so that he can ask if you would like another just in time for you to take a few last sips and be presented with another(and another and another…) cold beer. Although I won’t find myself in Sorento again unless I am reincarnated as a Brit or screaming teenager, if this place, along with the servers and olives, ended on on the transporter and was«beamed» to Portland, OR, I would be there daily!

Food is decent here. Great spot to lounge and people watch. Free wifi here! One downer is that they charge an extra sitting fee.
