A colleague and I found this gem in Torino while on business, here is how the experience went… We were kindly greeted at the door by the chef and our waiter, who took our coats and offered us any seat in the house. The food was unique and excellent: presentation, taste and texture were all perfect. We had the chef’s recommendation, which included a selection of breads, marinated zucchini, «the egg» (life changing), an amazing pasta, pork fillet in tuna sauce, dessert… I can’t wait to visit again!

Quite possibly, one of the best meals of my life! The food is artistic, creative, outside what you would expect and absolutely fabulous! Chef Batavia greeted us at the table and suggested a special tasting menu. Make sure to get the «EGG» Amazing!!! I had a poached egg, atop mashed potatoes in pea purée, a pasta with asparagus tips, a pork medallion that was to die for and a sample of chocolates that were beyond words. Chef Batavia was delightful, a talented, kind and interesting gentleman. He returned to chat later during the meal. I felt like a VIP with the attention and was presented a gift and personalized note from Chef upon leaving. What a memorable evening!!!
