This… this is the reason I get fat. Yet, with food this good I can’t say I mind.
You have to actively seek this place out, as it is a tiny hole-​in-​the-​wall bakery in the back corner of the piazza, but you must do so. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.
They have bread, which is good, but the main reason to come here is the impossibly good pizza. Impossibly as in I’m expecting some dude with horns and a tail to be waiting for me to sign a contract before I can walk out the front door. Thankfully, he hasn’t appeared in all the years I’m coming here, but I do have my eye out for him.
Pick anything… it’s all amazing. Pizza bianca? Incredible. Pizza with potatoes on top? Give it a try, as your world may change at that moment. Pizza with sausage and mushroom? Plan ahead — don’t order 1 or even 2, as it won’t even last the car ride home.
I cannot say enough good things about this bakery, and only hope some fellow Unilocalers go and discover the same.
