Pizzeria Leon Coronato

A very good place to have a meal. Make sure to have CASH. They only took cash when we ate there. Food and service both very good. Location on Google map was not accurate when we looked. It’s in the vicinity where Google says it’s in, but you’ll have to hunt around a little bit to find it’s actual location. It’s a bit further west along Via Baldassarre Galuppi closer to the other restaurants rather than actually in the piazza.

Was looking for a place to eat and trattoria da Romano did not open until 6:30pm. This place was right across from it so we decided to give it a try with some hesitation. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the clams with linguine in a garlic wine sauce. It was so delicious. I was sucking the juice out of the clan. My friend ordered the lasagna and it was really good as well. It seems like a family owned/​run business. The waitress was an older woman and only spoke Italian but was attentive and helpful. Would recommend this place and wish I could have that meal again.

Die Pizzeria liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, fällt aber erst auf den zweiten Blick auf. Hier kann man — im Vergleich zu dem nicht gerade preiswerten Umfeld — gut und günstig essen und trinken.
