Negative experience. Two years ago we had traveled to Italy and explored the Prosecco region. We had a tasting at Bisol that was positive and unforgettable. During this visit to Italy, we found out that they had an actual restaurant near Venice. Since we were in Venice for a few days we decided to visit, spur of the moment. We were in Burano and crossed over the bridge to Mazzorbo. We didn’t make a reservation and we had just eaten, so we really just wanted to get drinks. We walked through the garden area and towards their outdoor seating. They told us that the area was only for dining. We would have loved to try it if we hadn’t just eaten. They directed us to another patio area for drinks. The server who had asked us for our order was kind at first. We both ordered a glass of Bisol Prosecco and sat outside. After that one glass, the server seemed to be non existent. Given that there was only one other couple in the area, I was surprised at the lack of attention. When we did get his attention, he was nonchalant and standoffish. We decided not to order another drink and just ask for the check. When we did, he was very rude to my husband. I am sure it was just our server, but unfortunately, the visit left a bad taste.

Incredible, overall. Would highly recommend this to almost anyone who is in the market for a 100 – 300 euro dinner per person. Everything we had was absolutely incredible, and left nothing to be desired. The service was prompt, and they were very friendly. All of the food looked like it was a museum display, you almost didn’t want to eat it. The view of the vineyard is quite nice, and, while we didn’t eat inside, that atmosphere seemed nice too.

Amazing food and great service. Worth it if, but only if, you can spend 300 euros on a dinner!
