Fantastic Pizza!!!
I live in the general area, about 15 miles from here, and this is my «go to» place for pizza.
Every region of Italy has its own style of Pizza, but Naples style is widely considered the absolute best. In fact, throughout Italy, you will never see a place advertise a «style» from another region, except Naples style. Why? Like I said, it is just the best.
The owner of this place is from Naples, and his pizzeria is all about bringing some Napoli to Viterbo, and he does it VERY well.
While there is a vast menu, I strongly suggest that you try the Pizza Sorrentina here. It is the traditional style, served with Buffalo Mozzarella & Cherry Tomatoes, on a wooden slab.
