On the second night in a row that I opted for pizza for a «light late dinner»(after some big lunches I said i wasn’t having dinner, but you know when 9:30pm rolls around and your tummy says… pizza!?), we met the owners of this new, casual pizzeria on one of the city’s main drags. It opened at the start of September and offers naturally risen dough and a good choice of fresh toppings. There is pizza by the slice(€ 2 per slice) or you can order whole pizzas or even family size giant pizzas, to eat here or take out(same price). Seating is tall stools and they will serve you your pizza when ready, with metal cutlery if you ask for it, presented on cute little trays or the metal pizza pan for the whole ones. I really like the slow-rising dough, which is available also with kamut flour for a euro’s supplement. It’s flavourful, not too high, and very light. If you tend to feel bloated after a pizza that’s not a positive thing, and at Ferrari that doesn’t happen. It was really nice to meet the owners, who are enthusiastic about their city and represent a movement towards a new and better time(IMO). They were super friendly, even offered us a taste of their own pizza which they sat down to eat as a break! Said their kids eat there all the time too, so you know it’s genuinely good. Of course I showed them Unilocal and inserted the place into the system, and they’ve already downloaded the app on their phones: D.
