They sell one thing only — hot tamago on a stick, onion sauce topping optional. The egg itself is quite fluffy but lacked flavor to me. Honestly, I would have preferred it to be saltier or sweeter, either is better than bland. However, part of the charm for this food vendor is standing in line and being mesmerized by the chef working three square omelette pans like magic. After probably making over a hundred of them a day, every day for God knows how long, he has it down to a science. The line moves quickly and the snack only costs about $ 1 USD. So if you got 10 mins to spare, it’s worth the try.
