Sannomiya Shrine

I found a shrine on my way from the former foreign settlement to Sannomiya station. I was amazed that there was a shrine in the retro modern area. The place of the shrine seemed to be a floating island. It was a twilight time. I paid a visit to the shrine to pray for my health. It was tasteful to pray in the shrine wrapped in dusk.
Do you know the Kobe incident? I had not known it since I came here. Foreign soldiers were at war with Bizen clansmen in this ground in the Meiji era. The cannon used in the same age (not the same one) was displayed in the precincts. I mourned over the trace of the battleship. We must not repeat the same mistake.
There was a stone basin where water flowed slightly. It seemed to take time to wash hands.
It was a tiny shrine. However this shrine has seen the history around the area.
