Eggs’n Things is supposed to recreate the Hawaiian atmosphere… but it’s really a breakfast restaurant with eggs, pancakes, waffles, omelets and fresh fruit juices. Oh yeah, there’s a thing of Loco Moco to keep it Hawaiian. Elegant for the ladies reminiscing Hawaii and American big breakfast. The portions are not as big as America, but it’s tastier. The cream on the pancake is so light and fluffy! And I did miss corn beef hash. The waitresses were energetic and smiley. Good breakfast joint at Universal City.
