Loving this hipster & V chill out café that I found via Unilocal.Value for money too with their yummy ¥1000 set lunches. I’m from Singapore where our café prices can be quite steep. Thus, if I compare like to like, this is really good value. Very good atmosphere to just chill, it is also spacious with ambient lighting. Furthermore, as they have quite a big clientele that are mommies with kids(2 – 5 years old), they even have a play area for the kids. The restroom has a dedicated diaper changing station — how thoughtful! They seem to have art exhibits all the time which I think is so cool. Their big space makes it ideal for exhibiting art works. Talked to the owner, an Italian guy who has been in Japan for around 12 years. They wanted to offer a space for budding artists to showcase their works. Typically, traditional art galleries charge artists high rates to display their works for a few weeks. Thus, they are offering a more reasonably priced platform for artists to showcase their works. Love their concept & ideology! Simply adore their current art exhibition by Yuki Katayama. I fell in love them straightaway that I bought 2 smaller sized ones — acrylic on wood. They even offer shipping service to SG for me as I didn’t want to lug the art pieces along with me for my holiday — how convenient! Exhibition ends Dec 4th.
