Sakana Bugyou Manma is a cosy and stylish restaurant specialising in fish and other seafood. It’s just a few minutes from home for me so I’m walking by everyday, checking out their specials constantly.
It’s in Taishido shopping street, just off Chazawa dori. Personally, I prefer the second floor because it’s decked out with large comfy sofas, it feels like I’m visiting a relaxing café more than a seafood restaurant.
They make a mean grill fish and their sashimi is also must. If you are a meat person than I would suggest this place. Just stick to the friends in the water, it’s what they’re good at here.
Do try their sake too, they have a great selection that goes well with the fishies!
