I really fancy Le Petit Lutin. It’s such a charming and cute little French bistro. It’s on the 2nd floor of a small building in lovely Shimotakaido station.
During last summer I called to make an appointment for lunch the next day but the lovely lady on the phone rejected me. She explained that their air conditioner has broken and it won’t get fixed until the week after so it’ll be really hot in the restaurant. I tried to tell them I’m fine with it and can handle the heat but she still insisted on asking me to visit another day.
How nice can they get?
Of course, I quickly made a booking for another day. It was a great place to enjoy a casual French meal and my friend and I just loved their galette. I had the mushroom and bacon galette it was just so delicious!
Not only that, they served us free desserts and coffee to make up for rejecting my reservation the first time.
How can I not love them for their excellent service!
