Unfortunately Cinnamon wasn’t good to me :(It’s sad to say, but I had an overall unpleasant experience.
I ordered their Locomoco dish, which was pretty much straightforward. The person I was with got their plate 15 minutes before I received mine, which pretty much made us alternate looking at each other eating.
Once my order arrived, they mistook my request for a Locomoco «hamburger steak» and instead brought me a hamburger. Not wanting to wait another 30 minutes for the proper order to arrive, I took what was offered and ate while the person across me watched me, having themselves finished their meal. The food itself wasn’t bad, but it was definitely not anything to write home about, the spice of disappointment probably tainting the food.
All in all, this was quite a bad lunch experience and I couldn’t recommend this restaurant in good conscience.

My family and I come here once a month and the it seems every time we come the service gets a little worse. They forget to put in orders, they bring wrong orders, they mess up the orders… We were the first to order this morning and 6 tables got their food before us, and when our food arrived it was the wrong order. The food is good, the coffee is absolutely terrible, and the waitresses just can’t figure out what they’re doing, even ordering in Japanese.
