While in Japan, make a trip to Reissue in Harajuku. Not for the coffee but the coffee latte art. Yup, I said it. The latte art. Don’t you want to say, «oh la la» while staring at your coffee. I do. Yup, the most simple things make me smile. Reissue offers 2D or 3D latte art. What do you mean by 3D? Well, that means, foam latte art. I chose 2D art since it’s more detail. I asked for one of my favorite LINE characters, Cony. And it was too cute. Too cute to drink. I could stare at my cute latte art all day long.

What a little gem. Found this randomly on Unilocal as I was looking for some coffee to wake me up. The latte art was seriously amazing! They took a picture of us and came back with the cutest little lattes. The lattes themselves were pretty good(we had the caramel and vanilla lattes) and it was so nice of them to let us come in with only about 30 minutes until their closing time.

Seriously amazing. One of the most fun things we did on this trip. Take a stroll to Harajuku, get some tasty coffee and drink YOURFACE.

Latte art on point! This is a great place for a caffeine fix, especially after strolling down Takeshita street in Harajuku. The atmosphere is very relaxing. You can smoke inside, so beware if you can’t stand cigarette smoking. The coffee itself was smooth and pretty delicious. Latte artist is amazing!

Good coffee, hipster vibe, and artistic talent ranging from 3-D latte art to portraits. Even if you don’t drink the coffee(which you should because its so good), the latte art blows you away. Definitely go here.

Hard to find, but not too far from the harajuku station. Two cups of latte art for $ 20. The best $ 20 I’ve ever spent.

Impressive art work + Good coffee and dessert? = 5 Stars Very cute and hipster café with free WIFI. This has got to be the best latte art place I’ve ever seen. You can show them any picture you find online and have them draw it on your latte as 2D or 3D foam art. If you can’t decide on something they have examples of previous art work they’ve done in the past. Each guest that sits in the café has to order something, which is not uncommon in Asia. I got the honey latte with a unicorn pusheen 3D latte art that I showed them from a picture on my phone. I also bought the cheesecake which was melt-in-your-mouth amazing. It came with apricot jelly and some slices of fruit on the side. The art work was so impressive, I will definitely be back if I am ever in Tokyo again.

I mean, any place that can nail my face — beard, glasses, and all — onto the surface of a honey latte deserves five stars. I’m going to end my review there, because you need to spend less time reading about Reissue and start walking up the stairs to the second floor coffee shop immediately.

Perfect place to rest in Harajuku. You can have lunch, a smoke, and enjoy a cup of latte with the drawing of your beloved dog. Latte art for $ 10USD! Tip — this is located on the second floor. Look for the sign. They have English menu. =)
