Cat Cafe Marumaru Oimachi

I’m not really a pet person, but my friends like cats. They really wanted to come back to this place so I decided to join them. This is the first time I’ve been to a cat café.
The café itself is two rooms across two floors. You enter on the bottom floor which has a cat gate. Most of the cats were on a cat playground and along the staircase. There is also an all-​you-​can drink vending machine with coffee. Then stairs bring you to the top floor with a couch, bathroom, and a larger room with more cat furniture, cat pedestals, and cat boxes.
There are a lot of cats. And as cats are, they do whatever they want whenever they want. When we arrived, most of the cats were sleeping or lazying around. The café had many cat toys, so I was able to briefly play around with some of the cats. But generally, they were mostly sleeping and playing with each other.
In addition to cat toys, there’s a bookcase of manga and a book shelf of cat related books. On the wall was a poster of all the cats with their names and descriptions. Along the wall behind the couch were cat shelves in which the cats could climb up on.
If you like cats and know how to play with them, you will probably come back to get to know the cats more personally.

I really enjoyed this place. They have a wide selection of cats to play with and all the cats were extremely friendly. There we cats that were very active, and cats that were very laid back. They provide a lot of toys to play with the cats where they reciprocate the playing. They even have an album of the personalities, age, and pictures of the cats! They even provided free drinks, but they came from a vending machine.
