Ippudo is a Hakata ramen chain. Like all Japanese chain, the quality is amazingly good unlike the chains in the USA.
This could be among the best ramen I’ve had. And this is a chain. Nothing I’ve had outside of Japan is even close to this. So why did I give them 4 stars? Because I need to try more Ramen places in Japan to grade Ippudo accurately.
The broth had so much depth yet not overpowering. The texture of the noodles were perfect. The pork belly was so tender. I’m drooling thinking about it.
Will RTE when I return to Tokyo.
