Nice open air bar. Food and beer were good (four draft beers, large selection of wine). Menu is bilingual. I think the open air part was the biggest sell for me, really relaxing place to share a drink with friends.

3.5 stars. I really want to like this place. It’s small and cozy and the staff are friendly. The customers are young and hip. My friends seemed impressed with the (small) Mexican food items (I didn’t eat). They had four or five beers on tap. I’ve tried to get in several times before and the place has always been full, so it’s clearly popular. And it’s definitely lively.
I didn’t notice much English on the menus (see the pic) or menu boards, but the staff seem like the kind who’d try their best to help if you don’t speak Japanese.
Smoking. (Sadly, not only do they allow smoking but it seems to attract a lot of chain smokers. The ventilation system is pretty good, but still…)
